This is a list of international prime ministerial trips made by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the 27th Prime Minister of Turkey, after winning the elections of November 2, 2002 and until he became the 12th President of Turkey on August 28, 2014. The summary includes trips made since he ascended to the Presidency. The official residence and principal workplace of the Prime Minister of Turkey is the Başbakanlık Konutu, in Ankara.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made the largest number of trips to Germany, with the United States being the second most visited country partly due to attendance of meetings of the United Nations and other international organizations. The third most visited country is Belgium, due to issues concerning the European Union. The fourth most visited country by Erdoğan is the neighbouring Azerbaijan.[1]
Recep Tayyip Erdogan has conducted 300 trips during the course of his premiership.
