The Muhajir diaspora consists of expatriates and residents from Pakistan, with a Muhajir background, living around the world.

Muhajir (Urdu: مہاجر,Arabic: مهاجر) is an Arabic term used in Pakistan to describe the mostly Urdu-speaking Muslim refugees, and their descendants, who migrated from India and settled in Pakistan after the partition of India in 1947. Despite different origins, these groups have been formed together in the Sindh region and use Urdu as their mother tongue. They are generally known as Urdu-speakers.

Muhajir diaspora

Many Muhajirs have emigrated from Pakistan and have settled permanently in Europe, North America and Australasia. There are also a significant number of Muhajirs who are working in the Middle East, especially in the Persian Gulf countries:
