Norelgestromin (INN, USAN, BAN), or norelgestromine, is a steroidal progestin used in the contraceptive patch called Evra or Ortho Evra, where it is combined with the estrogen ethinyl estradiol.[1][2] It is one of the active metabolites of norgestimate.[3]
