Russell Transpo provides public transportation to residents of Russell Township in Prescott and Russell United Counties, Ontario, Canada. Launched in 2008, the system allows for rush hour access between the township's main villages of Embrun and Russell, and the City of Ottawa; this connection to the nation's capital, about 30 km to the northwest, was instituted because the township was evolving into bedroom community for government workers.

The numbering of the bus lines are the result of affiliation with the Rural Partners Transit Service[1] of OC Transpo. Although the township government funds and manages the system, 417 Bus Line (which acquired previous operator Trillium Coach Lines) is in charge of service operations.
