[Untitled][edit]

I have started a new page on Ruth Goodman the freelanced historian and would welcome references.—Preceding unsigned comment added by LarkinToad2010 (talkcontribs) 14:05, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It would be much better if you first found the references, and then wrote the page, because Wikipedia article need references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, not just a list of her own writings. Book reviews would go a long way towards showibng notability , and any librarian can help you find them. DGG ( talk ) 02:17, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Washing machines[edit]

Detergents are normally used in these rather than soap.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 15:50, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Daughter[edit]

Eve Goodman is Ruth's daughter, also in the series. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.16.163.151 (talk) 13:07, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation page?[edit]

Please can we have a disambiguation page for Ruth Goodman as a quick search brings up Meagan McKinney with no disambiguation. 2A01:4B00:E412:8E00:7099:449B:D89E:2637 (talk) 17:03, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

When there are just 2 people with the same name we usually rely on a note at the top of the page, as seen at Meagan McKinney.
However, this historian appears to be more notable (the McKinney article has low-quality references) so I suggest to give her priority: move this article to Ruth Goodman and add a note pointing to the American novellist. -- Wire723 (talk) 09:02, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ruth Goodman (historian)Ruth Goodman – Currently it points to Meagan McKinney, who is not notable as Ruth Goodman. Gbear605 (talk) 03:10, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
