41°33′N 44°28′E / 41.55°N 44.47°E / 41.55; 44.47 Tetritskaro or Tetritsqaro (Georgian: თეთრიწყარო [tʰɛtʰritsʼqʼɑro]) is a town in Kvemo Kartli in southern Georgia.

History

Originally called Agbulakhi, its name was of Azerbaijani origin and literally meant white spring.[1] In 1940, the name was changed to Tetri-Tskaro, which, in Georgian, also means white spring.[1] Town status was granted to it in 1966.[1]
