Hi! would you be interested in expanding Jeanette Kawas with me ? It's womens month.

Globalization categories
Due to the inherent inter- and multi-disciplinary nature of the Globalization topic, there is a lot of intersection with categories of related WikiProjects. Currently, comments would be welcome on a proposed re-name of Category:Sociocultural globalization (a major aspect of and 2nd tier level of the Globalization category) at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2016_May_28#Category:Sociocultural_globalization. Thank you in advance. Regards, Meclee (talk) 14:58, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your note, Meclee. In this case, I think simpler is better. Hope all is well... Kind regards, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 18:19, 31 May 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for the New Photos
Thanks for uploading the new photos of the Haymarket Memorial and Emma Goldman's tombstone. They're great. The color photo of Goldman's tombstone is at least 100% better than the old black-and-white photo. And it's nice to see they've replaced the floral bouquet at the foot of the Haymarket Memorial. Thanks again. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 19:05, 10 July 2016 (UTC)
- Hi MShabazz, You're welcome. Thank you for your kind note. I've added several more. Regards, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 20:10, 10 July 2016 (UTC)
Thank you for your recent improvements to Forest Home Cemetery. I remember reading, probably when we brought Haymarket affair to GA, that the construction of the Eisenhower Expressway was delayed because the builders had to relocate hundreds of graves from Waldheim, Forest Home, and some of the other nearby cemeteries that were in the expressway's planned route, and it took them years to notify and get permission from all the descendants. If I find the source where I read it, I'll add it to the article. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 03:23, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
- Hi MShabazz, Thanks for your note. Interesting; welcome. That would be worthwhile adding to the article if you come across it again. On the history side, lots more in the referenced Franzosenbusch source if you're interested. Kind regards, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 10:29, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 21
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Forest Home Cemetery (Chicago), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Homestead. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wise use
Thanks for your interest! The entire topic of public lands in the uS is surprisingly undeveloped. I hope to work on that a bit... do you have experience with launching wikiprojects ? NewsAndEventsGuy (talk) 09:52, 9 September 2016 (UTC)
- Hi NewsAndEventsGuy, Thanks for your note, and for helping strengthen Wikipedia's coverage of public lands topics. I'd suggest posting a note at WikiProject Environment's talk page, and possibly others', too, including WikiProject United States, WikiProject Protected Areas... Kind regards, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 12:42, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

New York links
Hi, please don't do this, we are undertaking a consensus-driven project to pipe all such links through New York (state) in order to make it possible to find errant links intending other targets. Cheers! bd2412 T 19:18, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

Moving articles
Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give List of International observances a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into List of international observances. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 21:37, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- Hi ONUnicorn, Thanks for the notice. Tried to 'Move', but was unable to, due to the pre-existing redirect page. Looks like the history has been merged. Kind regards, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 22:23, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- Yeah, the re-direct makes it so the help of an admin is required to move the page; listing it at requested moves for an admin to move is usually the best course in those instances. I was surprised when I noticed how long you've been active and that you've done moves properly in the past. At any rate, it's taken care of now. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 15:09, 22 November 2016 (UTC)

Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey DA, thanks for the pie! I've been meaning for some time now to drop you a note thanking you for your 'thanks' and especially for your copyediting and formatting of my often-overly verbose text - it's really appreciated, and very encouraging. I hope you have an excellent Thanksgiving! Antepenultimate (talk) 14:54, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
Old merge proposal
Hello! While looking through old merge proposals, I noticed your proposal to merge Tree City USA into Arbor Day Foundation from October 2013. Since no one has commented on your proposal for the last 3 years, I think it's safe to call it uncontroversial. As with most things, this is a topic I know nothing about. So any chance you'd be interested in completing that merger? Happy to help however I can. Happy editing! Ajpolino (talk) 21:28, 30 November 2016 (UTC)
