If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dominic Livedoti requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. --Cameron11598 (Talk) 18:29, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article Dominic Livedoti has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. re. David Cutler[edit]

You'll need to find a reliable source that we can use as a reference for that claim. Your recollection of what you saw in their archives isn't enough, especially given that "David Cutler" is not a particularly unique name. Remember that this article is WP:BLP material, for which we are extra vigilant about references. You can't just drop things you think are true into BLP articles. Anyway, that he played football while at that college, if he did, isn't exactly relevant to what he's noted for. If you disagree, then per WP:BRD please raise the issue at the article talk page, do not simply revert. Jeh (talk) 23:57, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Debosilla. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, John Crumbley, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

The article John Crumbley has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable high school baseball coach. While several of his former charges have achieved fame, notability is not inherited.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Warren Maloney[edit]

Hello Debosilla,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Warren Maloney for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

–Aidan721 (talk) 01:14, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
