If I disable the VPN, my IP address is 192.168.1.217. I can certainly disable the VPN to edit, as its main purpose is for netflix, etc. Froggysands (talk) 19:18, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

Try editing again with the VPN disabled - as far as I can tell 192.168.1.217 isn't blocked. PhilKnight (talk) 20:48, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
