I suggest putting this article in Category:Family musical groups because Louis Tomlinson is producing a girl group for his sisters, Zayn is looking for his long-lost twin sister, Liam & Harry are big brother and little sister, and Niall is two older same-sex siblings before her! I thought I already told you that they are all second cousins like Erin and Leeann were with us. Second cousins means that One Direction, stemmed from either the words "overdose" and "identity" when using the number 1 instead of the letter o, that he is not one in a million nor one of a kind, but a twin, all share the same grandparents, great-uncles, and great-aunts. Fraternal quintuplets. Zayn Malik is in Category:Twin musicians, Category:Fraternal twin male actors, and Category:Twin people from England. The only one he is related to is Megan and Liz, not identical twins. The only one he is related to is Spencer List. Zayn is the only fraternal twin in England. --174.109.222.213 (talk) 20:27, 17 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

One Direction has their own articles because Zayn is a twin. --174.109.222.213 (talk) 20:42, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  1. ^ To bring back Zayn, fans wanted Zayn to join Harry, Liam, Niall, and Louis to create a boyband called One Direction in The X Factor UK for musical groups to compete with solo singers.

they were in the finale like dalton was. Torn was their Final Showdown song. Rebecca Ferguson the runner-up (Runner-Up) and Matt Cardle the winner (Won) were ALSO announced in the top 3, too, as well, also... --174.109.222.213 (talk) 21:13, 17 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please explain what you are trying to achieve? The purpose of this talk page is to improve the article. Your posts have no context.  Honette 05:40, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I want more people to edit my workspace like you did. I think Bootcamp is Hollywood and Judges' houses is top 24. That's what The X Factor USA here in the United States is too. Zayn did make it through to the top 16. --174.109.222.213 (talk) 20:08, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It is best that you create your own Wikipedia account and make your own workspace. This talk page isn't the place to do it.  Honette 01:46, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Did you want to hear "the whole lot of them"? --Zoë2000 (talk) 16:47, 1 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The thing is One Direction are still a boyband, but the wiki page shows 'were' . They are on a hiatus. They haven't disbanded. So I request you to change the text from 'were' to 'are'. DirectionerEditing (talk) 05:07, 12 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: The infobox and text of the article clearly indicate the status of "on hiatus". The use of "were" versus "are" does not define their status. Historically, pop groups "on hiatus" for over two years are not actively producing music as a group so the use of "were" in the lede sentence is accurate.
