Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Time Inc., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Event. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Infobox Company

Please stop adding parent companies to the type field. The type should be only the type of company. A separate field, parent, covers the parent corporation that it reports to. Any changes need to be backed by a reliable source as well. -- ferret (talk) 16:57, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Again, please read the template documentation at Template:Infobox company. The parent does not belong in the type field. -- ferret (talk) 17:00, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Fresh TV. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Cake Entertainment does not own Fresh TV, it only distributes most of Fresh TV's shows outside of Canada. Don't add false information like that unless you can prove it with actual announcements from either company. Creativity-II (talk) 09:31, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Matt, thanks for your contribution to the Facebook Messenger article. In the future, I strongly encourage you to find a reliable source to back up your additions. It's correct that Facebook Messenger is sometimes referred to as Messenger, but you didn't provide a source to back that up. I added a source that refers to the app as "messenger," and it'd be even better if we could find a source that explicitly says that Facebook Messenger is abbreviated as Messenger. Milestone

Hey, thanks for trying to keep our article on Milestone Media up to date.

I wonder if you might double-check the edit that you just made. I honestly have no idea what the current state of ownership of Milestone's intellectual property is, whether it is totally owned by DC or whether there is just some sort of long-term license. However, I looked at the article that you used as a reference, and I can't find anywhere where it said that DC owns the characters, just that it would be publishing them. DC has certainly published a lot of things within their universe that were licensed rather than owned outright (Captain Marvel was licensed for a long time, there have been crossovers with various licensed characters, and for a while DC was even allowing some new creator-owned characters in their universe). Perhaps a better reference could be found?

Instead of putting sources in edit notes, why not insert them into the article? It avoids wasting the time of other editors who review and see no source and revert you, or see that it's in the edit note and have to do it for you. -- ferret (talk) 12:09, 26 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Verizon Fios request

Hi, BBMatBlood. I see you have been editing Verizon articles lately. I want to bring this request to your attention. As an employee of Verizon with a conflict of interest, I posted the edit request to streamline the Telephone section of Verizon Fios by focusing it on fiber optic service's telephone services. The edit request was reviewed and denied by another editor. As you'll see from the discussion, I have since reworked my draft of Telephone in an attempt to address the issue raised by editor Altamel. Can you review the request? I'm happy to discuss. Thanks so much, VZBob (talk) 19:02, 14 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have recently been updating the Activision Blizzard pages including it subsidiaries, which really need updating plus somethings needed to be clear and understand including former names, reincorporating, updating revenues etc. I will appreciate any help. The article AT&T Communications (2017) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable new subsidiary from big restructuring, perhaps WP:tooSoon.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thank you. Vrio Corp moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Vrio Corp, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 13:09, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop removing Marvel Entertainment

Your argument to remove Marvel Entertainment is illogical in nature. All of Disney's subsidiaries is either under Walt Disney Studios, Disney Media Networks, Walt Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products or Disney Direct-to-Consumer and International. Literally any of the Disney subsidiaries are under one of those four divisions. Marvel Entertainment is the exception to the rule. You seem to not understand which Disney subsidiaries are under which Disney division. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 09:55, 12 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

So despite my reason as to why Marvel Entertainment should remain in The Walt Disney Company infobox, you ignore my response and delete my contributions. If this persists then I will report you to a moderator. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 15:38, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Any further attempted changes need to be discussed first on the article talk page (Talk:The Walt Disney Company). This sort of WP:Edit war is not helpful to building the encyclopedia. Rmhermen (talk) 12:45, 15 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Quiet Place Budget

The $17 million cost quote from Viacom's CEO is likely the net cost to the studio, which is Paramount. And Backish isn't the head of day to day at Paramount. Paramount itself reported the actual spend, broken down quite specifically, and it was $21 million. Please stop reverting when the infobox rules are quite clear that we list a range. Foodles42 (talk) 21:10, 26 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Why I removed Marvel and Now Apologise.

I think it so deserve to be on the table and i apologise. The reason i omitted it was because i thought each Marvel branded entities are part of each of Disney's 4 division.

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Alright -i did not know how to do that until now- Thank you BBMatBlood (talk) 01:25, 28 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't

Please don't continue making the same unthoughtful edits which I have to revert you on over and over. For example, you and many others keep adding parents' parent companies to infoboxes, including that of Warner Bros. This is wrong and also says so in the guidelines, which I have mentioned quite a couple times.

Another such case is the removal of parent timespans; these are always required when the company was not part of their parent from day alpha and until day omega, yet you keep deleting them with staments like "not needed tbh".

Please refrain from breaking the guidelines, instead, you can help out Wikipedia by fixing articles where it does not done correctly. Regards. Lordtobi () 04:53, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

sources: take2games.com (our labels), take-two investors relations, their financial filings, i could go on. no need to start a dispute. Ghost Story could have that on their site but they are not a publishing label or subsidiary at least not official, i personally will like to see more labels created.BBMatBlood (talk) 06:58, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: I don't see a point in decentralising this discussion, please continue with any further replies on Take-Two's talk page instead instead of throwing fits here. Lordtobi () 07:15, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

They're a self-publishing label, T2 probably hasn't listed them anywhere because they haven't released anything yet. Ghost Story isn't a 2K studio, therefore, it should be removed from their subsidiaries list. Come on, Lordtobi, you know i'm right. UnknownAssassin1819 (talk) 13:26, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Check out Take-Two's talk page where this has already been addressed by another experienced editor. Again, no need to decentralise. Lordtobi () 16:09, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This revert. This is properly sourced and covered facts that were already in the article without a direct source. Some editors including me omitted Gena Feist from the tab so i thought the same for her. ironically i was the one who added the interview first on Take-Two's page (since they are a holding company and it give details on the interview). I apologise for that bad omitting.BBMatBlood (talk) 12:47, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Rockstar

What's the deal with edit warring at Rockstar Games to denote that key individuals of Rockstar Games are the "such and such title at Rockstar Games"? This doesn't need to be denoted and eats up text space. The article is about Rockstar Games. The key people of ROCKSTAR GAMES of course work at ROCKSTAR GAMES. There's no ambiguity. -- ferret (talk) 11:49, 19 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Take-Two is an holding parent corporation however the four publishing labels (operating units)-Rockstar Games, 2K, Private Division, and mobile developer Social Point- are not totally independent like say Valve or Epic, and they report directly to Take-Two's CEO Strauss Zelnick so i was using a style i saw somewhere a long time ago (the corporate title and the company name) but yeah it sorted now. No Problem, However I do not like Vandalism.BBMatBlood (talk) 22:43, 28 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on WarnerMedia; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Aoi (青い) (talk) 20:27, 30 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I keep providing sources to show Otter is now a principal division or subsidiary of WarnerMedia- that is Warner Bros., HBO, and Turner. I do not like conflict or dispute. Thanks.BBMatBlood (talk) 21:04, 30 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

why am i blocked?

what happened? I do not understand.BBMatBlood (talk) 10:56, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

IP socking including giving the false impression of support for your positions.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 13:37, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

100% correct about IP Socking; most of the time I get on different locations' computers and I forget to log in. I apologise for that. I Will try never repeat those mistakes anymore. About false support, since I joined in 2016 I have always edited in God faith (sometime I get help since I am still learning about different functions) and I am anti-vandalism and wrong edits. I contributed to the WarnerMedia debate, I created the Otter Media page, the ZelnickMedia page, big contribution on many other existing pages and newer pages. With all that said. I apologise once again. Thanks.BBMatBlood (talk) 23:39, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You have not edited in good faith for what I'm talking about and you didn't forget to log in. You also have used your account and IPs to edit war. Would you like me to present some of your IP(s) and account edits here to show you some examples?

I cannot dispute that but I have only got into warring edit fewer instances. like I said before, I apologise for all these faults.BBMatBlood (talk) 14:44, 9 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
