Chroy Changva is a sub-district on an island in the Mekong River, in the greater Phnom Penh metro region, Cambodia.

Geography

Chrouy Changva contains many suburbs and the new Mekong View Tower. It is connected to Phnom Penh by the Chroy Changva Bridge.

Chrouy Changva is in the Russei Keo District, which consists of the northern and northwestern outskirts of the main area of Phnom Penh. It became a district in 2014, in a decree signed by Prime Minister Hun Sen.
