Janice L. Fields is an American businesswoman.[1][2][3][4]

Biography

Early life

Janice Fields grew up in Vincennes, Indiana.[4] She has seven siblings.[4]

Career

She started her career as a crew member during evening shifts at McDonald's in Dayton, Ohio in 1977.[4] She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of McDonald's USA from 2006 to 2010, and became President in January 2010.[2][3] She starts working at 6.30 a.m. every workday.[4]

She sits on the Board of Directors of Monsanto since April 2008.[2][3] She sits on the Advisory Board of Catalyst.[2] She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago.[5]

Personal life

She is married, and has one child.[1] They reside in Chicago.[1]
