Sahariwal is a village in Nakodar in Jalandhar district of Punjab State, India. It is located 14.8 kilometres (9.2 mi) from Nakodar, 30.5 kilometres (19.0 mi) from Kapurthala, 31 kilometres (19 mi) from district headquarter Jalandhar and 169 kilometres (105 mi) from state capital Chandigarh. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village.

Nakodar railway station is the nearest train station. The village is 75 kilometres (47 mi) away from domestic airport in Ludhiana and the nearest international airport is located in Chandigarh also Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport is the second nearest airport which is 110 kilometres (68 mi) away in Amritsar.
