Spelthorne was a hundred (ancient subdivision) of the ancient county of Middlesex, England. It contained the following parishes and settlements :
The present-day district of Spelthorne in Surrey corresponds to the western part of the former hundred. The eastern parts now form parts of the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.
