Wire wheels: Wire wheels#On motorcycles says only main article: Motorcycle construction#Wheels, but that is not a main article, it is a subsection. Bicycle wheel is a better article, but none of these 3 actually explains how spokes support the wheel pre-stressed w/compression.

I think notability has been established. Mr. Childers is the author of a book that is endorsed by Peter Fonda and two African presidents. Good question, Maxasher. And the article cites his personal website (twice) which states Childers "grew up in the hills of Pennsylvania." So, there you now have three to pick from.
