@Rae4sunshine: To clarify, the problem with the article wasn't the number of references, but rather the tone of the article. that is, it was written in such a way that it appeared to promote the company rather than being a neutral, encyclopedic article. You're correct that the copied and pasted content that was in the Membership and Goals section was only one sentence – except that it was taken wholesale from a list of ten separate points that were combined into one sentence and was 197 words long. It's great that you had cited that passage to its source, and many people are simply unaware of the requirements to comply with copyright and avoid plagiarism. For future reference, you can use quotations under an implicit claim of fair use, so long as the quote is relatively short, but you must place that content in quotation marks to avoid plagiarism. The problem here is that even if we undeleted and placed quotes around it, it would be too long to sustain fair use and could not remain. Moreover, as far as I can tell, all of the remaining content of the article was also copied and pasted, from here so it really was a copyright violation from stem to stern and so it cannot be undeleted. Hi again Vlmvv. I do not. As I said, it wasn't just the "one sentence" (which was actually ten separate points in the original that were combined by you into one sentence with semi-colons) but the rest of the content. AFAICT all of it was also copied from another source, from here, as I stated above. So, it does not appear that you wrote anything yourself but rather copied and pasted the entire article from copyrighted, previously written material and presented that as your own work. This is basically the definition of plagiarism, and is blatant copyright infringement. The fact that you did not understand you were doing anything wrong, did not have bad intent, is a good thing but does nothing to help the cause of undeletion. That is not going to happen. Vlmvv: I understand English is not your first language, so I hope we we are not misunderstanding one another. Your response above seems to indicate something you may not have intended. Let me just go back to some basics, and if you understand this already, no harm done.
  • Any content you copy and paste from anywhere must not only be cited (as you've been doing), but be placed in quotation marks ("...") to show it is someone else's writing.
  • You can only use a relatively short-in-length quotation from any particular source to meet the fair use exception to copyright protection.
  • Even if you only use short quotations from disparate sources, an article cannot be made up of mostly quotations of copyrighted sources.
  • What you should be doing is writing the article in your own words. The sources you cite indicate the information may be verified by that source, but not the exact words used (and be aware that minor surface modification is insufficient to avoid a copyright problem).
  • If you write in your own words, and cite reliable sources, but your English is not so good, the prose can be fixed by others.

Conrad Hughes Hilton III

Looking at the deletion history at Conrad Hughes Hilton, it appears that this page has been deleted three times, the last of which was after (?) it was moved to Conrad Hughes Hilton III. I'd like to see what we had down in 2009. There has since been repeated and widespread news coverage of the subject for 2-3 incidents: (A) [2][3][4][5] (B) [6][7][8][9] (C) [10]. I don't know whether [11] (the only AfD I could find for all these deletions even though an entry at the Conrad Hughes Hilton page mentions a 2008 deletion without linking to it) had enough discussion to require a DRV or not, so please advise if you think one is needed. This page was on Wikipedia for a year or more and suddenly redirected to Agnes Horvath's page. This page has usable content and should be available for public. Firstly, Dr. Agnes Horvath is only one of the editors of Journal of International Political Anthropology. Secondly, Agnes Horvath's article does not cover all information about the Journal. Finally, this page is similar to other journal pages available on Wikipedia.   • @MKSRME: Please do not re-create the article with the same content. It was tagged as promotional because of statements like this one: "GoSkyGo offers inexpensive domain registration and Reliable Web Hosting Services that will keep your website up and running." This sentence is phrased with what Wikipedia sees as WP:PEACOCK terms and will result in an article getting deleted. Even if you were not trying to promote the article the terms are still seen as promotional. I'd recommend that if you want to create a new version that you create it at WP:AfC. You can ask Randykitty if he will restore it, but it's likely that he will not because of the promotional content. If he declines to restore the article you can go through deletion review, but it's also unlikely that they will restore it with the promotional content that the article contained. @RichardAlexander22:  Done, but... I have restored it to the WP:Draft space at Draft:Fresh City Records where you can work on it. Wikipedia's test for inclusion is called Wikipedia:Notability and looks for references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." At present there is only their own website (a deadlink) and their ReverbNation entry. Neither of those count as reliable or independent. @Mr. Granger: - We generally do not restore G5 deletions. The reason is that if we allow the contributions of people evading their block to stand, then there is no real penalty for block evasion. This is not a judgement on the article in any way, just the person who created it. A fresh article on the subject can be started w/o worry of deletion (but don't use the exact text found in the cache because that would be a copyright violation through lack of attribution in the article history. --ThaddeusB (talk) 19:28, 11 April 2015 (UTC)

Content is also not promotional as it fills up the gap from mentioned articles and q:Ervin Malicdem I believe all of those does not meet speedy deletion criteria on A7 nor G11 thus must be brought back. The reason for deletion was "No indication of notability, no reliable sources, tagged for years without improvement." I agree the page lacked indication of notability and used no reliable sources however I this record label is pretty notable. It hits the Beatport Trance chart very often and one of their artists was playing at the Ultra Music Festival a couple of weeks ago. Therefore users who listen to trance music may have a demand for this page. Also I agree that work needs to be done to improve this page which would be a far better option than deleting it.
