The categories [[:Category:British children's writers]] [[:Category:British fantasy writers]] [[:Category:British literary critics]] [[:Category:British philosophers]] [[:Category:British science fiction writers]] and [[:Category:British spiritual writers]] are all absolutely appropriate for Lewis. The following issues have been extensively discussed and there is strong consensus for the status quo. Although consensus can change, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with previous discussion on the following topics before raising any of these issues again.
Resolved That C.S Lewis's birth place is not Northern Ireland, which did not exist at the time of his birth.
C.S. Lewis was offered the award of Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), not merely the rank of Member!
In the second work cited there (Letters of C. S. Lewis), the heading of the letter says "in reply to the offer of a C.B.E.", so I've changed it accordingly. Deor (talk) 21:25, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
