Northern Cyprus IS a country
1. Google Search: ""Northern Cyprus" Country": 856,000 results!
2. The definition of country in WP: A country may be an independent sovereign state or one that is occupied by another state, as a non-sovereign or formerly sovereign political division, or a geographic region associated with sets of previously independent or differently associated peoples with distinct political characteristics. Hence, the definition of "country" exceeds UN membership.
3. The sources from UN cite Northern Cyprus as a different country as well:
World Happiness Report 2015 of United Nations' Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) ranked Northern Cyprus 66th among 158 countries, directly above the Republic of Cyprus, which was ranked 67th. UN SDSN World Happiness Report 2015 p.27: 2012-2014 country rankings:

Cerattepe
I had a look at your article Cerattepe with a view to possibly reviewing it for DYK, though I didn't do so. I noticed a red link to Hatila Valley National Park and created an article for that instead. I cannot establish the exact coordinates of the park nor exactly where it stands in relation to your mountain, but I found a map which I have added to my article which shows the area, and on which I reckon I can work out where the Hatila Valley is. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:52, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
- Hi Cwmhiraeth, thank you so much for reading the article and I am so happy to hear that it helped the creation of another article. I used Google Maps to find out the coordinates of the park and in the map you found, it is probably one of the rifts towards the northeast. This also helped me establish the coordinates of the hill roughly and they really seem to be close. --GGT (talk) 14:45, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks. I explored around on the Google Map and had a look at the accompanying photographs. Very nice, but still difficult to understand the topography. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:27, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
Disruptive editing
You edited articles using a Turkish point of view. Wikipedia is not the Turkish government's encyclopedia. Details you add must be neutral as much as possible. However, I see you have edited Yasar Kemal and 2016 Ankara bombing articles using Turkish point of view and removing details which make the article's more neutral. You have also removed sources in Yasar Kemal's article. This is my last warning, you will be reported to admins. Ferakp (talk) 22:24, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, you may be blocked from editing.
- By all means. I encourage you strongly to adhere to a collaborative, not confrontational style, though. And well, if I do get reported for all my sensitive edits, it means that I am done with - imagine another user coming and accusing me of anti-Turkism due to my expansion of Assyrian genocide, or my elaboration of human rights violations against both communities and destruction of cultural heritage on Turkish invasion of Cyprus and so forth, and then being accused of pro-Turkish again because I write on Northern Cyprus and Maratha, Santalaris and Aloda massacre and so forth (actually, don't just imagine this, see above). Oh horror! --GGT (talk) 22:53, 10 March 2016 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Turunçlu Mosque, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ottoman Turkish (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

DYK for Cerattepe
On 15 March 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Cerattepe, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that during protests in February 2016 against the construction of a mine in the forested hill of Cerattepe in Turkey, entry to and exit from the town of Artvin was banned? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Cerattepe. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Comment
this is just a list of those that are designated. yes, TAK is not mentioned, but we need an independent source saying that the UN deliberately does not consider TAK terrorist with its analysis
We don't need it, I have asked many times and also last time when tried to add the same info about the PKK, some Turks attacked me. You can simply go to Wikipedia contributors chat and asked them.Ferakp (talk) 00:55, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Victims
Please don't write the numbers concerning terrorism victims like 4, 5, 6. Use four, five, six. Thank you. --176.239.115.13 (talk) 13:48, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message. Just trying to add as much detail as possible to the article, sorry about the errors that can happen, please feel free to go over it and copy-edit. --GGT (talk) 13:52, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- You removed "The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism considers TAK the "special urban terrorism wing" of the PKK" together with its reference, saying it was a repetion. Where is the repetiton, I can't see it? Thanks. --176.239.115.13 (talk) 15:56, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
