Gulli (pronounced [gy. li]) is a French television network dedicated to children's programming. It is available on digital terrestrial television.

The channel was created as a result of a partnership between Lagardère Active and France Télévisions. Lagardère Active operated in the children's programming space for 20 years with its channel Canal J. France Télévisions has invested heavily in programming for children in the six to twelve year age bracket through the youth program unit of France 3. On 20 December 2013, an agreement in principle was reached between Largadère Active and France Télévisions for the repurchase of France Télévisions shares. The buyout was finalized on 29 October 2014, by the transfer of the 34% of shares held by France Television for the price of 25 million euro.

The channel's theme song is "Brimful of Asha" (Norman Cook remix) by Cornershop, which plays before each episode.
