New to Wiki editing and my edits are no longer there?
AmeliaLOnline The older picture on the Amelia Lily page is from 2012, it is NOT up to date. Please stop referring back to it and I also added new text updates which you have deleted.— Preceding unsigned comment added by AmeliaLOnline (talk • contribs) 19:56, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
- Hiya AmeliaLOnline, Sorry I'd hit the wrong button - Wasn't supposed to of reverted,
- It doesn't matter whether the imageis outdated or not, You can't just upload off of the internet,
- Thanks,

You do realize, Davey, that you are edit warring as well. Please be careful. It's not worth risking sanctions over this.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:05, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
- Hiya Bbb23, In my defence I did reply to her above as well as start a new discussion, Edit warring is the biggest problem I have here, and believe it or not I am trying very hard to overcome it by starting these discussions although they're soewhat late!, But anyway thanks for the friendly note - Much appreciated,
- Have a nice day,

DOB
Hello Davey2010,
Please edit DOB to Danielle Harold and Hetti Bywater's page
Please add DOB to Anne Hegerty's page (DOB was there before)
Hetti Bywater's DOB was correct before (10 September 1994)
Ok?
Thankyou. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jonathangrehan (talk • contribs) 18:58, 29 June 2014
- You're adding unsourced content .... You can't just change the DOB of everyone without a valid reason and source ...–Davey2010 • (talk) 18:17, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
Hi there. I'm not sure why you felt the need to relist the discussion above; with ten !votes to delete and only one dissenting opinion, I would say that it's fairly clearly a consensus to delete. If there are some circumstances that make you feel this is unusual and warrants relisting despite the extensive participation, it might help editors if you noted that in the discussion. Lankiveil (speak to me) 08:52, 3 July 2014 (UTC).
- Lankiveil - Fucksake apologies for that, It being 8:30am and only having 3 hours sleep I clearly wasn't all with it!, Anyway I absolutely agree there wasn't any need to relist it, Cheers for the heads up there, Regards, –Davey2010 • (talk) 16:36, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
- No problems, I was just more worried there was something very obvious that I'd missed. Happy to let another admin come and sort it out, then =). Lankiveil (speak to me) 10:07, 4 July 2014 (UTC).

relist guidance
I noticed one "third relisting" in a recent AFD from you, and it's not a huge deal, but I did want you to point you at WP:RELIST, which recommends against any more than two relists oustide of exceptional circumstances. Depending on a variety of specifics, we'll often close those with a result, with no consensus, or with WP:SOFTDELETE instead. Thanks for your help! --j⚛e deckertalk 21:12, 4 July 2014 (UTC)
- Hiya, Ah for some unknown reason I had it in my head 3 was the maximum .... Anyway thanks for the message,

- No worries. By the way, in an apparent edit conflict I closed something you'd already closed--I've fixed it, but my apologies if that caused any confusion or concern. Cheers, --j⚛e deckertalk 18:49, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Saint Philomena's National School, Ravenswell
Hi Davey: You added an incorrect link at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Saint Philomena's National School, Ravenswell for a redirect target to Brya (a genus of flowering plants) for a primary school article. Just a heads up. Cheers, NorthAmerica1000 00:20, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
- Ah typo, That's what I get for typing fast lol, Cheers for the heads up, Regards, –Davey2010 • (talk) 02:00, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
- Yep. Thanks for contributing to AfD. NorthAmerica1000 02:01, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
Nac
Hi Davey: When closing AfD discussions as keep, don't forget to remove the AfD template from the article. Per your close at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Moggs, I removed the AfD template from the top of The Moggs (diff). For a complete overview of procedures, check out the afd close instructions. Thanks, NorthAmerica1000 01:03, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
- Hiya Northamerica1000, Ah I use a tool to close them and the tool should've also removed the notice but seems it failed there, I'll have to double check from now on, Thanks for the heads up much appreciated, Regards –Davey2010 • (talk) 01:29, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
- Sure thing. I use User:Mr.Z-man/closeAFD sometimes, and have had this occur. When it does, it could be due to Wikipedia server traffic delays, internet connection delays, etc., so I check afterwards. Cheers, NorthAmerica1000 13:14, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

Your closure of AfD:Paras Hospitals
Hello! Thanks for doing non-admin closures in an area that needs help. But if you'll pardon my saying so, I think your closure of the AfD for Paras Hospitals was inappropriate. And I say that even though you closed it as "keep" and I was one of the "keep" votes. Non-admin closures are supposed to be used only in cases where the decision is obvious. But in this case there were two "delete" !votes - the nominator's and one other, better framed argument - and two "keep" !votes, mine and one with no valid reason given. So not really a good case for a NAC, or possibly for an admin close either; could have been relisted. In addition to the NAC issue, I think your action here was more of a supervote; you believed the hospitals to be notable, and you have done some commendable work at the article to improve it; but in that case the appropriate action would be to post a "keep" vote and leave it to someone else to close. Just MHO. --MelanieN (talk) 14:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
- I don't believe hospitals are notable, Anyway I've decided on reverting and relisting as to be honest looking at it It could've done with staying open so granted :)
- To be fair there has been alot of times where I've left alot of AFD's as they do require admins, As I'm new to this I'm bound to mess up but we all learn from our mistakes,
- Thanks for letting me know - Much appreciated,
- Regards, –Davey2010 • (talk) 15:16, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your flexibility. I see that I misread your feeling about the hospital, sorry. --MelanieN (talk) 15:50, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
- You're welcome, No worries :), Have a nice day, Regards, –Davey2010 • (talk) 16:06, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
- Just for your reference (and because I realize that you are doing AfDs partly for the experience and the learning process): The outcome after relisting was "delete". Some outcomes are not as obvious as they might appear on first glance. (I was a "keep" !vote but I was outvoted in this case.) Keep up the good work, I hope see you with an RfA one of these days. --MelanieN (talk) 20:31, 19 July 2014 (UTC)

Teri Takai deletion review
Well I cannot seem to find the deletion review. Also missing if a consensus was reached. I see 2 comments to keep. Only 1 really focused on content and rebutted, did no offer substance to my original thesis that being a CIO doesn't not automatically mean you're notable.--0pen$0urce (talk) 20:01, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
- It was a clear keep, I appreciate you may have an issue with that but it happens with everyone here, Simply forget about it and move on,
- Happy Editing, –Davey2010 • (talk) 20:13, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
- Appreciate the near instant reply, what was the basis for keeping? 2 replies, 1 being the original author, thats a consensus? Really?!?! Sorry but I don't concur, and wouldn't nominate unless I thought I had some merit to do such. Lets exercise some adminship with prudence and restraint. Seems a tad swift of an action and then essentially told to run along.--0pen$0urce (talk) 20:32, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
- The basis was the additional sources as well as the arguments for keeping, How ever you look at it there was no consesus to delete, One slight observation - I'm not an admit ... yet :),
- I said forgot about it and move on because it's not a big deal and you could be making great improvements here instead of being somewhat unhappy with the closure that's all, –Davey2010 • (talk) 20:54, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
- Not unhappy, I was under the assumption admins had to close a NFD discussion, well this will be going to a Deletion review, feel free to conribute to that. Position doesn't constituite notability per wikipedia, no previous DOD CIO have articles, coverage is generic at best, most cases regurgitation from the primary source Thanks --0pen$0urce (talk) 22:38, 16 July 2014 (UTC)

Regarding your edit on St Thomas More RC Catholic upper school
Hi, In regards to your recent edit in which you reverted the change I made towards to the current head of St Thomas More, I believe you may have made a mistake: Joe Richardson has left as of the 18th July 2014 and has been replaced by Alison Wilshaw, I don't know whether you have affiliations with the school, but as I (and all other pupils at the school) have been notified, Alison Wilshaw is the new head as of September 2014. Kind regards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by KyleBarronTheScot (talk • contribs) 20:59, 19 July 2014 (UTC)

I beg your pardon. Earlier in the day there was a vandalism edit regarding Jai Brooks vs. Jay Brooks. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Harry J. Malony United States Army Reserve Center
I was wondering why you closed Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Harry J. Malony United States Army Reserve Center. The AFD discussion contained only one comment from an editor other than the article's creator and the editor who nominated it for deletion. There does not appear enough for a consensus either way. --Hirolovesswords (talk) 02:27, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
Your reason for deletion was and I quote "Fails WP:GNG. Lack of significant coverage in reliable sources", - Both Kevin and Hawkeye found alot of sources so notability was there and thus passed GNG perfectly fine, Feel free to go to DRV if you disagree. –- Scrap that - Sources don't look entirely great so relisting.
