Virginópolis is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Minas Gerais. As of 2020 its population is estimated to be 10,484.[1] The city celebrates every year, in the end of October and beginning of November, its "Festival of Jabuticaba". It's a kind of very delicious and rare fruit that grows in the region. It's also the way the city found to have all the "Virginopolitanos" living abroad, meeting each other.
