The Policy Innovation and Co-ordination Office (PICO) is a policy and innovation unit advising the Chief Executive of Hong Kong and coordinates with other area of the Government of Hong Kong (namely bureaux and departments) to enhance public participation in policy creation.[1]

Created in 2018, it replaced the Central Policy Unit and currently headed by Betty Fung Ching Suk Yee.
