India–Uruguay relations are the relations between India and Uruguay. India is represented in Uruguay through its embassy in Buenos Aires in Argentina; it also has a consulate general in Montevideo.[1] Uruguay has an embassy in New Delhi[2] and a consulate in Mumbai.[3]

Historically there have been very few immigrants between both countries. In the last years, the Indian company Tata Consultancy Services opened an important local office at Zonamerica.[4][5] India is becoming a significant trading partner of Uruguay;[6] opportunities lying ahead are enormous.[7]

Both countries are members of the Group of 77.
