The Jesselton Residences is a twin towers building development project comprising shopping malls and condominium.[3] Originally developed by Palikota Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Jesselton Waterfront Holdings, the project has been awarded to a French firm Vinci Grand Projects Sdn Bhd in 2014 to complete the building.[4][5]
