Prakasam Nagar is a residential suburb in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Commercial area
It is the first housing board colony in Hyderabad.
There are many small shops in the area. But the choice is great in the neighbouring suburb of Begumpet.
It is located opposite to Begumpet Airport.
Transport
The closest MMTS train station is at Begumpet.
The state-owned TSRTC runs the city bus service, connecting to all the major centres of the city.
