Five Counties is a mixture of five English cheeses: Cheddar, Cheshire, Derby, Double Gloucester and Red Leicester. These five cheeses are combined in alternating layers of orange and white. Five Counties is made by the Illchester Cheese Company, and is a registered trademark.
