Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Cocolino1, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Henri Guybet, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! JbhTalk 12:10, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The article Henri Guybet has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. JbhTalk 12:10, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Tableau d'honneur, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Tableau d'honneur. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 14:10, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Cocolino1. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Gilles Kohler, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Gilles Kohler to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Claude Jade may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Proposed deletion of L'homme qui n'était pas là

[edit]

The article L'homme qui n'était pas là has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of importance, WP:CCOS and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Michel Bouquet

[edit]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Michel Bouquet. Thank you.

Please STOP adding unsourced information into this article. Please read WP:BLP and WP:RS. The burden is with YOU to add all the sources for the information that you update in the article. Continuing to add unsourced information into a biography of a living person can be viewed as disruption, which can lead to your account being blocked. Please reply here to state you understand this. Joachim Friedmann moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Joachim Friedmann, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Plot advice

[edit]

Since WP does not withhold the information about the denouement of a film , it will help when you write a plot section to indicate that you are writing the complete plot. The easiest way todo this is instead of writing something like "Andrei travels back to Moscow." , write something like "As the film ends, Andrei travels back to Moscow."

And remember that even the plot must be sourced. If you are writing the section as a summary of your own viewing of the film, which is permissible as long as you stick to straight description and not interpretation. it helps to indicate this as a note, specifying the exact version you used. Otherwise there is always a possibility of a question whether you took it from some published source. If you are instead summarizing or rewriting a published source, that is OK also, but then of course you must reference it. DGG ( talk ) 20:03, 13 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.
