The article Tamil Nadu Council of Ministers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no indication of importance, poorly sourced

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Other Backward Class (OBC), and it appears to include material copied directly from http://english.turkcebilgi.com/Other+Backward+Class.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. What's the story with your redirect of Other Backward Class?

[edit]

Greetings, I saw you blanked the page at Other Backward Class, but the article you redirected to is under Copyvio assessment. Why did you find it necessary to blank this page for a Merge, and where exactly did all the material at Other Backward Class (OBC) suddenly appear from? Ways to improve Department of Public (Tamil Nadu)

[edit]

Hi, I'm Mrt3366. Muniyankaruppan, thanks for creating Department of Public (Tamil Nadu)!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix.

  1. Try improving inline citations.
  2. Add more secondary reliable sources.
  3. Try to establish the notability of the subject.

Otherwise, the article may be deleted.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Department of Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (Tamil Nadu), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Kürbis () 09:54, 25 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Invocation to Tamil Mother, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Invocation to Goddess Tamil. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 06:44, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. ⁓ Hello71 14:15, 29 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fourteenth Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 2011 - Council of Ministers listed at Redirects for discussion

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Fourteenth Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 2011 - Council of Ministers. Since you had some involvement with the Fourteenth Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 2011 - Council of Ministers redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). The article Twelfth Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 2001 - Council of Ministers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Originally A10 of Twelfth Assembly of Tamil Nadu - contested by another editor, so converted to PROD. The page is redundant (considering that all the info exists here), and wouldn't make sense as a redirect (long, dashes, etc).

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Tamil Business & Executives Peoples, makes articles harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. The article appears to be a bullet list, rather than a correctly styled article. The title of the page contains a spelling error. Danrok (talk) 20:48, 30 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Muniyankaruppan, and thank you for your contributions!

Some text in an article that you worked on Pothys Group, appears to be directly copied from another Wikipedia article, Pothys. Please take a minute to double-check that you've properly attributed the source text in your edit summary.

It's entirely possible that this bot made a mistake, so please feel free to remove this notice and the tag it placed on Pothys Group at any time. MadmanBot (talk) 12:00, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

stop Please see WP:MOVE. Do not rename articles by copy/pasting their content.

This was explained to you a few weeks back; when you cut-paste the entire content of an article into a new title, the history of the page does not come with it. So instead of having an article where the History clearly details the changes to the article over time (see history of Pothys), instead we get a History just claiming that Muniyankaruppan created the article from whole-cloth yesterday, like so: history of Pothys Group.
Please read the policy WP:MOVE, and note there are very easy and smooth ways to change the title of the page, but cut-paste is not one of them. Hope this makes the process easier, MatthewVanitas (talk) 16:03, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Muniyankaruppan, please slow down on articles and get some advice

[edit]

Muniyankaruppan, you've tried to start a lot of articles, and I imagine it's getting frustrating that your articles are being deleted. Rest assured, it's nothing against you, I'm sure your intentions are very good, but because you're not familiar with Wikipedia yet your entries aren't being structured properly, and that's why they're being deleted.

I would strongly suggest you come by The Teahouse, and talk to the volunteer mentors about ways you can slowly start out on writing some properly-formatted articles that will be great additions, and build up your skills from there.

Like a lot things in Wikipedia, starting out too fast can be frustrating. At the Teahouse we have people who will be happy to give some good advice on how you can produce clear and productive India articles, and not risk deletion. Hope to see you there! A tag has been placed on Ve.Irai Anbu IAS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

Edit Warring

[edit]

Your recent edits at Government of Tamil Nadu template is leading to edit war. Please try to understand that its a template and not a wikipedia page to include all the related stuff. That template has its place in more than three wiki pages. Don't expand that template and extend its length and hindering the readability in other related pages of Govt. of Tamil Nadu. Also your edit in Government of Tamil Nadu page is disputable, please discuss in talk page before editing. If you wish to continue with your editing without arriving consensus it may weaken your edit and stay at Wikipedia. --BabuOnWiki (talk) 11:22, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Tamil Nadu Government's Departments has been proposed for deletion. The proposed-deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. If you are eager to edit, first try it out in your sandbox! Don't try test editing in the Wiki pages. There is an option Sandbox where you can try out the page which you want and then paste to its original page after getting approval from WikiProj TN.

And you are found copy-pasting many articles to wiki pages, which is a blatant copy-right violation, which may lead you blocked from Wikipedia. And regarding this template, better don't disturb the page and leave it as it was. Its a template and not a page to hold all those stuff. Get the help from experienced editors despite being warned off. --BabuOnWiki (talk) 09:37, 28 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is with reference to your reply at my talk page. It might be an entrance or prelude, Don't you mind that it contains material that is directly copy-pasted from this site. Even I want all the stuff related TN Govt. to appear on Wiki as its well-wisher, but not as copy-righted material receiving ugly criticisms. I'm really working on, but with finding lesser time on Wiki. It was me eho created the skeleton for Tamil Nadu Government Organizations page. Try consulting with others and do constructive edits. Please try out your test edit in your sandbox which I've created recently. Hope you understand. --BabuOnWiki (talk) 15:38, 28 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Department of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives (Tamil Nadu), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Tamil Nadu).

MadmanBot (talk) 08:10, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Muniyankaruppan, and thank you for your contributions!

Some text in an article that you worked on Department of Transport (Tamil Nadu), appears to be directly copied from another Wikipedia article, Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Tamil Nadu). Please take a minute to double-check that you've properly attributed the source text in your edit summary.

It's entirely possible that this bot made a mistake, so please feel free to remove this notice and the tag it placed on Department of Transport (Tamil Nadu) at any time. MadmanBot (talk) 19:58, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

About your creations

Hi Muniyankaruppan, you are creating the articles by copy and pasting an another wikipedia article. Then you are modifying the contents of the created articles. It is better to make modifications for newly created articles and remove the irrelevant contents. Then finally click Save page button. Don't Save the articles by just copy pasting. Otherwise use your sandbox, then make it as article. Gfosankar (talk) 10:58, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Daily Thanthi Group, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Media and Private (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation of Tamil Nadu (ITCOT) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability not established

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Speedy deletion nomination of Department of Legislative Assembly (Tamil Nadu)

[edit]

Hello Muniyankaruppan,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Department of Legislative Assembly (Tamil Nadu) for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.
