Wikipedia is not a manual or a recipe book, so we do not need the recipe for Krakow Gingerbread. That whole article was a bit confusing and I hope I have made it clearer. You seemed to give two different references the same name, which will not work.
Please take care that any links go to the right article: you linked FoodCare several times in Frugo, although it linked to the California company.
I don't see what you were trying to do in creating Frugo (disambiguation): it is just not needed.

The article already includes one non-free image (the company logo), and as the product packaging is not the subject of critical commentary in the article, it appears to have been added in violation of our non-free content guidelines. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
