Replication protein A1

Replication protein A 70 kDa DNA-binding subunit is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RPA1 gene.[1]

Replication protein A1 has been shown to interact with RPA2,[2][3] RPA3,[3][4] MCM6,[5] MCM7,[5] MUTYH,[6] BRCA2,[7] ORC6L,[5] ORC2L,[5] TP53BP1,[8] MCM4,[5] P53,[9][10] XPA,[11] MCM2,[5] TIPIN[12] and Bloom syndrome protein.[13][14][15]
