Re: DAH! Taskforce!

Sorry about the late reply, I just discovered it. Thank You! Finally there's a DAH! Taskforce. I'm just sorry I didn't create it :P --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 04:17, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Gorta

Thanks! I'll add it to the article immediately. Though BWU was so bad I doubt they'd take it seriously. However, in the Sum 41 MTV2 mod, they play a clip from a DAH! 1 extra, and that mentions Gorta. So I believe It is safe to say that we can call the hopeworld Gorta. --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 04:21, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Template

Hi I noticed you changed the format of my proposal, the main reason I didn't use it originally is I believe it to have problems. The main one is using it doesn't list proposals on contents due to the header used. Also there doesn't actually seem to be a way to edit the SWPP field even though it is mandatory. No since you eventually reverted yourself, but the sandbox may have been a better place to test in. Since I'm your adopter, you know you can just ask me these things directly? –xenocidic (talk) 02:20, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry about the adoption subpage, I'm not using those anymore. just leave me a note on my talk page when you have a question. cheers, –xenocidic (talk) 02:22, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Please remove this template from the articles on which it is located prior to tagging it for deletion. When you tag a template for deletion, it makes all the pages which contain it appear in the deletion category.. --Versageek 17:19, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia talk:2008 main page redesign proposal

I reverted your total archive of Wikipedia talk:2008 main page redesign proposal I find it hard to believe that every edit from the last 3 days is being thrown out and the discussion is starting over from scratch. Please archive only the inactive topics. Dbiel (Talk) 03:12, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In checking further, it does not look like you actually archived it at all. The history seems to indicate that you only deleted the talk page and failed to copy it to the archive page. The only thing I did was to restore the current talk page by undoing your last to edits, the first to delete all but the header and the second to add a note about the archive which you actually tagged for deletion Dbiel (Talk) 03:28, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Check the history of the archive.Electrical Experiment (talk) 03:30, 8 July 2008 (UTC) copied from my talk page Dbiel (Talk) 03:45, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I failed to check the entire history close enough. I did not realize that you responded to my revert so quickly and blanked out the archive page in response to my revert. I let myself get mislead by the first edit summary that created the page. My error. Dbiel (Talk) 03:45, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

yes I did check the history of the Archive. Electrical Experiment (talk) 03:37, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am not suggesting that nothing on the page should have been archived, just not the entire page. The discussions are going on in so many different directions, it may make some sense to break the page up into sub pages for specific topics. But I will leave that up to you or someone else to make that decision. It is going to be difficult to keep the talk page at a manageable size. As a side note, I actually like the main page just the way it is, but that is just my POV. Dbiel (Talk) 04:02, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Don't delete the talk page.

I'm using this page as a template. It will only be need for a month or so, then I'll ask to delete it. I have a few others like that. They don't show up on the main list. futurebird (talk) 04:29, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP:HAU, Status, and you!

As you may know, the StatusBot responsible for maintaining the status of the Highly Active Users was taken offline. We now have a replacement in the Qui status system. This semi-automatic system will allow you to easily update your status page found at Special:Mypage/Status which the HAU page code is now designed to read from. If you are already using Qui (or a compatible system) - great! - no action is needed (other than remembering to update your status as necessary). If not, consider installing Qui. You can also manually update this status by changing the page text to online, offline, or busy. While it is not mandatory, the nature of HAU is that people are often seeking a quick answer from someone who is online and keeping our statuses up-to-date will assist with this. Note if you were previously using your /Status page as something other than a one-word status indicator, your HAU entry may have been set to "status=n" to correct display issues. Please clear this parameter if you change things to be "HAU compatible". Further questions can be raised at WT:HAU. This message was delivered by xenobot 22:53, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
