Collabodadi Label

Collabodadi Label is also an in-house label of LOEN Entertainment, founded in September 2013. As of September 2015, it is included under LOEN Tree.[6]

It is currently led by Lee Ho-yang, more known in the music industry as "Shinsadong Tiger". Prior to being chosen to lead the label, he produced the K-pop hits "Bo Peep Bo Peep" (T-ara), "Hot Issue" (4Minute), "U&I" (Ailee) and more.[1][7]

The name Collabodadi (콜라보따리) is a portmanteau of 콜라보 (collabo - collaboration) and 보따리 (boddari - package).

Starship Entertainment is a talent agency and recording company in South Korea.

The label was founded in 2008 by Kim Shi-dae (also spelled Kim Shi-dae) who currently heads the label, a former music manager for the band Cool and an employee of Big Hit Entertainment. On December 18, 2013, LOEN Entertainment became a majority owner of Starship making the label as an independent subsidiary.[8]

WS Entertainment

WS Entertainment is a joint venture between Warner Music Korea, SK-KTB Music Investment Fund, and Seoul Records (now LOEN Entertainment). It was founded in 2006 and currently led by Philip Oh.[9][10]

The initial WS stands for Warner Music and SK Telecom.

Plan A Entertainment

Plan A Entertainment (formerly A Cube Entertainment) was founded in 2011, then as a subsidiary of Cube Entertainment. LOEN Entertainment became a majority shareholder in 2015 acquired 70% equity of the entire company, making it an independent subsidiary.[11]
