Candidates

The known candidates with national campaigns are John Edwards, Mike Gravel, Dennis Kucinich, Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Bill Richardson. Candidates who had national campaigns, but withdrew their candidacy are Joe Biden, Christopher Dodd, and Tom Vilsack.
