Maya Bazar also known as Maya (Hindi:मया बाजार, Urdu:میا باذار) is a Block and city in Faizabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Maya Bazar is one of the oldest market in Faizabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census,[2] Goshainganj had a population of 12,622. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Goshainganj has an average literacy rate of 66%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 72%, and female literacy is 59%.
