FIFA 15 is an upcoming sports association football simulation video game developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts. It has been announced for release on 23 September 2014 in North America, September 25 in Europe and September 26 in the United Kingdom[2] for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, IOS and Android. It is expected that FIFA 15 will be free for IOS and Android.On PC, FIFA 15 runs on EA’s Ignite engine and boast the same features as the PS4 and Xbox One editions.[3][4] It also marks the first time the PlayStation 2 has been excluded from the FIFA lineup since FIFA 2000 (released for PlayStation, Microsoft Windows and Game Boy Color). A demo for the EA Sports title FIFA 15 will be released on September 9 2014, three new teams - Chelsea F.C., Liverpool F.C. and S.S.C. Napoli - have been added to the demo, joining Borussia Dortmund, FC Barcelona, Manchester City, Boca Juniors and Paris Saint Germain.[5]
Covers
Lionel Messi returns as the main cover star for all regions on the global cover. Messi has starred on the cover of all installments of the FIFA franchise since FIFA 13, when he replaced Wayne Rooney. Some regions also have a player from their region or a player playing in one of that region's leagues starring on the cover with Messi. These regions and players are:

On 24 July 2014 EA announced that the Italian Serie A TIM will be fully licensed in FIFA 15.[21] On 30 July 2014 EA announced that Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and Brazilian clubs won't be featured in FIFA 15 due to them being unable to reach an agreement with the rights holders.[22] On 7 August 2014 EA revealed that the Turkish Süper Lig will return to the series.[23]
