The 2018 Idaho gubernatorial election will take place on November 6, 2018, to elect the next Governor of Idaho. Incumbent Republican Governor Butch Otter has announced he will not run for reelection to a fourth term.[1] The state's primaries were held on May 15.[2] Former state representative Paulette Jordan is the Democratic Party's nominee and incumbent lieutenant governor Brad Little is the Republican Party's nominee.
