4 genera, 18 species

The Ammoxenidae are a small spider family with 18 species in four genera. A common name for the family is "termite hunters."[1]

Distribution

Two genera (Ammoxenus, Rastellus) occur in Africa, the other two (Austrammo, Barrowammo) in Australia.
