Upavisthakonasana is an Asana. It is translated as Seated Angle Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "upavistha" meaning "seated", "kona" meaning "angle", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".[1][2][3]

Benefits and Cautions

Upavisthakonasana has many benefits: it opens up the inner thigh muscles, stretched the hamstrings, and the lower back.

Be careful while doing his pose if you have any knee, hip or hamstring injuries.[1][2][3]
