The Gilroy Garlic Fries are French fries sold by the international fast food chain store McDonald's. It was introduced in 2016. The framework of its ingredients include French fries, a chunky garlic sauce, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. They are named after the Gilroy Garlic Festival, a food festival held annually in Gilroy, California, the United States.
