'R2-TELEVISION is a Dutch sister channel that's owned by the RTV-7 television and sevr. Featuring programming from the Dutch Caribbean. Its targeted audience consists mainly of people from the former Dutch Caribbean living in the Netherlands. Most of the programmes on R2 are in Papiamento and English subtitle. Available on Dutch Caribbean island on tv cable en worldwide on mobile app.^[1] Most of the programmes on RTV-7 are in Papiamento and English.^[2]^[3]
