Virgin Charter was an online marketplace for selling, purchasing, and booking charter flights on private aircraft, established in 2006 by Scott Duffy as Smart Charter. The Virgin Group became the primary investor and majority owner of the company in April 2007, and rebranded it as Virgin Charter.

The company was privately held and headquartered in Santa Monica, California. On October 23, 2009, Virgin Charter ceased all operations and closed down.
