This is a list of Lego themes. A theme is a group of similar products. This article is an attempt to create a list of all Lego themes, such as Lego Town and Bionicle, and the years they were introduced and removed.

City

City is a long-running theme based upon everyday urban life. The theme has contained a number of sub-themes:

  • Lego Trains, featuring railroad track, locomotives, trains and station. (1966-present)

  • Classic Town (1978-1979)
  • Lego Race (1985-2000)
  • Lego Emergency (1987-1988)

The only two sets ever made from Lego Avatar: The Last Airbender.

These themes focus less on story-telling and more on the creative building and construction.
