Moorabbin Transit is a bus and coach operator in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a Melbourne bus company, it operates a number of bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government. Moorabbin Transit is a subdivision of Grenda's Bus Services, but covers more area for bus services in the City of Kingston. The founder of Moorabbin Transit is Ken Grenda.

History

In 1988, Ken Grenda has purchased four local bus companies operating his local area. Soon Grenda's had purchased Southland Bus Services, Camden Bus Company, Hampton Red and Hampton Green. Granda also notably bought Sandringham Bus Lines one year later. In 1990, the depot of Moorabbin transit has moved to its current site in Cheltenham on Philip Street.[1][citation needed]
