Lego Ninjago (stylized as NINJAGO) Masters of Spinjitzu is a current line of sets produced by Lego. It uses elements from the previous Ninja series. There are several changes from the previous series. These include the removal of the Shogun and Bandits, and the introduction of the Skeleton Army and the Serpentine. Also noticeable is the inclusion of vehicles which imply a more modern setting than the feudal Japan setting of the previous incarnation.

Plot

Long before time had a name, Ninjago was created by the first Spinjitzu Master using the four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu; the Scythe of Quakes, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Shurikens of Ice and the Sword of Fire. They were Weapons so powerful, no one could possess them all at once. For decades, Ninjago was balanced with good and evil, and peace was maintained under the watchful eyes of the master. When he passed away, his two sons swore to protect the weapons, but the eldest was consumed by darkness and wanted to possess the weapons for his own nefarious purposes. A battle between brothers broke out, and the eldest was struck down into the Underworld. Peace returned, and the younger brother hid the four weapons, but knowing his brothers relentless ambition, he placed a guardian that would protect the weapons. And, in fear of his own demise, he created a map for a poor blacksmith, which was hidden with care. The older brother is Lord Garmadon, the younger brother Sensei Wu, and the blacksmith the father of the main character, Kai. Garmadon has taken command of the undead legions of the Underworld and is searching the land of Ninjago for the four Golden Weapons to exact his revenge on his brother, Wu. Now Sensei Wu has gathered four brave ninja; Kai, Master of Fire; Cole, Master of Earth; Zane, Master of Ice, and Jay, Master of Lightning. Together, they must train to defeat their skeletal foes and find the golden weapons, and eventually defeat Lord Garmadon.

In Season 1, a new enemy is introduced: the Serpentine, who plots to take over the world. They intend to unite and unleash their mastermind, the Great Devourer. Now, the heroes must unite and unlock their inner potential to overcome the new threat, along with some unexpected allies.

Four Golden Weapons

The Four Golden Weapons are extremely powerful weapons that played a primary role in the first two episodes of the Pilot. They were created by the first Spinjitzu Master (Sensei Wu's and Lord Garmadon's father). They are the Scythe of Quakes, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Shurikens of Ice, and the Sword of Fire.

When the first Spinjitzu Master passed away, his two sons vowed to protect the weapons. However, Lord Garmadon was possessed by a great evil and wanted the weapons for himself. A battle between the two struck out, and Sensei Wu was victorious, sending his brother into the depths of the underworld. Sensei Wu hid the four weapons across the world, placing an elemental guardian to protect the weapons. Fearful of his own death, Wu also designed a map to locate the weapons, given to a blacksmith that blacksmith was Kai and Nya's father.

No creature is powerful enough to wield all four at once. This was Lord Garmadon's plan, anticipating Samukai's betrayal by using the Four Golden Weapons against his master. In the process, Samukai was vaporized, creating a portal through space and time where Garmadon could enter, giving him enough power to be able to wield all the weapons at once.

In Season 1, according to a prophecy, the Four Golden Weapons would react to the destined Green Ninja. When all four weapons neared Lloyd Garmadon, a green aura formed around him, revealing his true destiny as the green ninja.

Green Ninja

The Green Ninja is an important character within Season 1. According to a prophecy, the Green Ninja would rise above the other ninjas, destined to fight the darkness. The Four Golden Weapons reacted around Lloyd Garmadon, revealing that he is the Green Ninja.

When the ninjas uncovered the prophecy, each of them competed to become the Green Ninja. However, when they discovered the true Green Ninja, they realized that they were there to protect him.

In one of Zane's dreams, the Green Ninja has shown to possess the elemental attributes of earth, lightning, ice, and fire.

Characters

Heroes

  • Sensei Wu - Spinjitzu Master of all elements. He uses the power of wisdom and creation, and mentors the ninja to help them against their foes. He sent them on a quest to defeat the plans of his evil older brother and to find the Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu. He is the son of the first Spinjitzu master and younger brother of the evil Lord Garmadon as well as Lloyd Garmadon's paternal uncle. He trains the ninja to be able to defeat his brother, and to see who the future Green Ninja is.
  • Cole - The Black Ninja and Master of Earth. Cole is a former mountain climber testing his strength when Sensei Wu discovered he had the power to become a ninja, and brought him to the Monastery to train alongside Jay and Zane. Eventually, he also brought along Kai and the four ninja began training together. Strong and athletic, Cole is the group leader, and often develops their plan of attack against their foes.
  • Jay - The Blue Ninja and Master of Lightning. Jay was raised in a junkyard with his parents, Ed and Edna, whom he eventually left and journeyed to Ninjago City to test his inventions, which ultimately failed. However, Sensei Wu saw the Lightning within him and trained him with Cole and Zane at the Monastery, eventually meeting Kai and joining forces to find the Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu. Being the fastest of the ninja, he learns Spinjitzu at the Caves of Despair, is the first to unlock his tornado and helps the others learn it as well. Jay appears to be the joker of the group, often annoying others with his constant talking and wisecrack jokes. Apparently, he has a crush on Nya, Kai's sister, who seems to know of his feelings about her.
  • Zane - The White Ninja and Master of Ice. Zane is a robot, a "Nindroid" specifically, intended to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. After his creator, seen in a flashback of episode 7 "Tick Tock," died from an illness in his old age, he turned off Zane's memory switch, wiping his memory clean, starting a new life, thus being left as a homeless orphan. Sensei Wu found him testing himself, seeing the Ice within him, and brought Zane to the Monastery to train with the others. For a long time, after his father's death, Zane's home is primarily the Monastery. Zane is the wisest and stealthiest of the ninja, also shown to be calm and quiet. Since his "funny switch" was off, Zane has no sense of humor, but others laugh when he unintentionally makes a joke.
  • Kai - The Red Ninja and Master of Fire. A hotheaded, tempered character, he often comes into disagreement with Cole and disobeys his plans. Originally a blacksmith and owner of the shop Four Weapons, when Lord Garmadon kidnapped his sister, Nya, Kai took it upon himself to become a ninja in order to save her.
  • Nya - Kai's sister, former co-owner of Four Weapons with Kai. Nya was held captive by Samukai on Lord Garmadon's orders, seeing her as a potential pawn in his conquest for power. She was eventually rescued and soon moved in at the Monastery with the ninja. Headstrong and courageous, she is determined to prove Kai wrong, who believes its the ninja's job to protect her. Therefore, she adopted the mysterious persona of Samurai X, a high-tech crime-fighting samurai clad in red armor and uses a large mech as a means of transportation.
  • Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon - The childish son of Lord Garmadon, who believes he is destined to follow in his father's footsteps as a dark overlord. However, Garmadon shows deep concern for Lloyd and wishes for him to take a different path. After escaping a Boarding School for Bad Boys, Lloyd wreaked havoc on Ninjago by releasing the Serpentine. However, each tribe took advantage of his easily manipulative nature and betrayed him, leaving him defeated by the Ninja. At the last betrayal, Sensei Wu, Garmadon's younger brother, took pity on him and convinced him to fight against the Serpentine, which he accepts. Lloyd is shown to be immature and has a dire love for candy. He is revealed to be the Green Ninja, as prophecy states that the Four Golden Weapons would react to the destined chosen one.

Creatures

  • Rocky - The Earth Dragon and the guardian of the Scythe of Quakes. After seeing the ninja's intentions, it joins them and serves as a steed for Cole. However, it and the other dragons leave to migrate and become the Fusion Dragon.
  • Shard - The Ice Dragon and the guardian of the Shurikens of Ice. After seeing the ninja's intentions, it joins them and serves as a steed for Zane. However, it and the other dragons leave to migrate and become the Fusion Dragon.
  • Wisp - The Lightning Dragon and the guardian of the Nunchucks of Lightning. After seeing the ninja's intentions, it joins them and serves as a steed for Jay. However, it and the other dragons leave to migrate and become the Fusion Dragon.
  • Flame - The Fire Dragon and the guardian of the Sword of Fire. After seeing the ninja's intentions, it joins them and serves as a steed for Kai. However, it and the other dragons leave to migrate and become the Fusion Dragon.
  • Falcon - A robotic bird created by Zane and his father, it is viewed as good fortune to the ninja for leading them to Destiny's Bounty as well as Zane's home where he unlocks his true potential. Zane feels "spiritually connected" to the bird. He can also use his "Falcon Vision" to see the battlefield from the Falcon's eyes.
  • Fusion Dragon- A fusion of the four elemental dragons who had achieved their full potential after migration. It is white-colored and is four-headed, representing each of the four elemental dragons.

The Skeletons

Skeletons who hail from the Underworld. They were led by Lord Garmadon to seize the four Golden Weapons in the first season. They would later aid Garmadon into assisting the Ninja and fight against the Serpentine in the second season.

  • Lord Garmadon - The cunning and decisive Overlord of the Underworld, Lord Garmadon was once the loving brother of Sensei Wu and the oldest son of the first Spinjitzu Master, and is Lloyd's father and Nobu's husband. When he tried to retrieve Wu's katana after being flung out of the Monastery, Garmadon was bit by a legendary snake known as the "Great Devourer." The venom consumed his emotions, turning him into an evil being filled with hatred, which starts to trouble Wu. When the first Spinjitzu master died, Garmadon was quickly consumed by greed and power and attempted to take the Four Golden Weapons for himself. A battle at the Monastery broke out between Wu and Garmadon, who was banished to the Underworld where he was confronted by its King, Samukai. Hoping to take revenge and set his plans straight, Garmadon starts off by defeating Samukai and taking leadership of the undead legions. Vowing to return to collect the weapons and reshape Ninjago in his own evil image, Garmadon has plotted for many years in the shadows until finally he enacted his plan of world domination: he sent Samukai to the Surface World to collect the weapons, but Wu and the ninja foiled his plans - or so it would seem. After uniting the weapons, Samukai was vaporized in a portal between space and time, which Garmadon escaped through to grow powerful enough to unite all the weapons. Garmadon, hideously mutated with four arms, would one day return from the portal to seek revenge on the ninja and his younger brother, however in an unexpected turn of events, he allies with them to stop the Serpentine after learning that they've captured Lloyd for their plans. With that in mind, Lord Garmadon aids the Ninja in rescuing Lloyd and stopping the Serpentine from unleashing the Great Devourer, the very same creature responsible for turning Garmadon evil. However, at the end of season two, Garmadon uses the Four Golden Weapons to slay the Great Devourer, but escapes with them. Despite his evil ways, Lord Garamadon has shown deep concern for his son Lloyd, and does not wish for him to follow his footsteps as a dark overlord. He is also willing to protect Lloyd from harm, as well as helping Wu and the Ninja, putting up a possibility that the Great Devourer's venom may not have completely corrupted Garmadon's soul. His son was revealed to become the Green Ninja, destined to defeat Lord Garmadon, which created more conflict within their family; following their destiny, Lloyd will do "everything in his power to defeat [Garmadon]" and Garmadon "wouldn't have it any other way". He is the second character in Ninjago to have four arms as well as the second to hold all four Golden Weapons, the first being Samukai.
  • Samukai - The four-armed Skeleton Fire General of the Underworld. He was the King of the Underworld until he was defeated by Lord Garmadon when he was banished to the Underworld, causing him to step down and allow Garmadon to become the new King and control the legions of the Underworld. Samukai leads the Skeleton Army in the Surface World of Ninjago, carrying out Garmadon's orders and seeking the Golden Weapons of Spinjtizu. Soon, Samukai possessed the four weapons and betrayed Garmadon, only to be vaporized by the power of the weapons combined. Samukai is the first character in Ninjago to have four arms as well as the first to hold all four Golden Weapons, the second being Lord Garmadon.
  • Kruncha - Skeleton Earth General who serves Samukai. Strong and firm, Kruncha is constantly seen bickering with Nuckal, General of Lightning. He was one of two skeletons stranded in Ninjago during the Serpentine Crisis. Kruncha can be recignized by his missing tooth, his loud, deep voice, and the helmet he wears. Lego has revealed that he has a respect for Cole.
  • Nuckal - The Skeleton General of Lightning. He is constantly seen fighting with his superior, General Kruncha, and was later defeated by the ninja in the Underworld. He was one of two skeletons stranded in Ninjago during the Serpentine Crisis. Nuckal can be recignized by the spikes oh his head, and his metal eye patch.
  • Wyplash - Skeleton Ice General and superior of the Ice Skulkin and driver of the skull truck. Wyplash's appearances were minimal in the series, though he did take control of the Skulkin Army after Samukai's death. He staged an ambush at the blacksmith shop on Nya, and even tried to free more members of the army at the Fire Temple, only to become trapped within the Underworld himself. He is a underworld spy.
  • Frakjaw- The evil Skeleton of Fire. His weapons of choice, the Golden and the Silver Maces. He never stops talking.
  • Chopov - Skeleton trooper of Earth. His weapon of choice, the Golden Dark Blade.
  • Krazi - The Blue Skeleton of Lightning whose weapons of choice are bones (golden and normal).
  • Bonezai - The dimwitted White Skeleton of Ice. Like the other troopers, his appearance is minimal. His weapon of choice is a pickaxe smelted in steel. He makes the vehicles.

The Serpentine

The Serpentine (pronounced 'Serpenteen') are snake-like creatures and act as the series antagonists in 2012. They are divided into five tribes: the Hypnobrai, the Fangpyre, the Anacondrai, the Constrictai, and the Venomari. Every leader of their tribe is notable for their snake-like tail while the rest of their minions have typical feet.

One of their games is called the "Slither Pit", where Serpentine duel one another in order to rank above the others or simply for pure enjoyment.

Centuries ago, all five tribes of the Serpentine were at war with each other until humans saw them as a potential threat and sealed them. The Serpertine are known to be the most hated creatures in all of Ninjago, even the Skeletons from the Underworld find the Serpentine to be despicable (when Pythor asked why they would assist Garmadon despite being betrayed, Kruncha said "because everyone hates snakes"). According to legend, the humans created Sacred Flutes which pained the ears of any Serpentine when played, as well as countering the Hypnobrai's hypnosis. Also, according to legend, if all five tribes manage to unite, they will be able to find the four Fang Blades and unleash the "Great Devourer", trapped under the ancient city of Ouruboros, to unleash terror upon the world. As it was revealed, the staffs of each tribe leader ironically carrying an antidote to counter their venoms, and are key elements to producing a map that would lead to the Fang Blades. Each Fang Blade represents the color of a Serpentine Tribe, within the exception of the Anacondrai, whose elemental affiliations and exact history are never revealed.

In present day, Lloyd Garmadon accidentally stumbled upon the Hypnobrai and after their leader, Slithraa, unintentionally hypnotized himself, Lloyd used them for his childish antiques and to terrorize villagers, only to be stopped by the Ninja. The Hypnobrai leader was soon overthrown by Skales and Lloyd was banished, but not before stealing a map that would lead to the other Serpentine tribes.
Vengeful, Lloyd unleashed the Fangpyre who agreed to help the son of the Dark Lord to defeat the Hypnobrai. Unfortunately, the two leaders of both tribes turned out to be friends and betrayed Lloyd. As Lloyd escaped, Skales mentioned that they "would have had a tussle" with the Anacondrai.
He was then prompted to release the Anacondrai, only to find out that only Pythor was left. The two quickly befriend, only for Pythor to betray Lloyd and steal the map to release the Constrictai and the Venomari.
In the Constrictai tomb, Zane learns of a legend of the Great Devourer, and realizes that Pythor is trying to unite the five tribes. The Anacondrai attempts to do so, while taking the last remaining Sacred Flute that belonged to Sensei Wu; he was momentarily foiled by the Ninja before he and Skales uncovered the Lost City of Ouroboros and wins the tribes to work under him and awaken the Great Devourer.
During the tide, Pythor and the Serpentine have managed to locate all Four Fang Blades and captured the Ninja, but Lord Garmadon and the Skeleton Army come to the rescue as part of Garmadon's temporary alliance with the Ninja to stop the Great Devourer - or so it seemed. Pythor quickly made a comeback and was able to retake the blades and awaken the Great Devourer.
However, what he didn't know was that the Great Devourer would consume anything, even its own kind, prompting the Serpentine to go into hiding. Together with the Ninja, the Dragons, and Lord Garmadon, they were able to destroy the Great Devourer once and for all.

Hypnobrai

The Hypnobrai are a blue cobra-themed faction of the Serpentine who were sealed away in the snowy mountains before Lloyd accidentally found them. As their name implies, they use hypnosis. They are the first tribe to be released. Their elemental faction is Ice, although they have not shown to use ice-based abilities; however their imprisonment was an icy location.

  • Skales - General of the Hypnobrai Tribe. Formerly Slithraa's second-in-command and general, Skales saw him to no longer worthy of the title and defeats him at the "Slither Pit" tournament. His name is a pun on "Scales". He is friends with Fangtom, but betrays him to become Pythor's second-in-command. However, following Pythor's disappearance, Skales realized how insane Pythor was to awaken the Great Devourer in the first place. In the wake of the Great Devouerer's death by the hands of Garmadon, Skales ponders that it makes him the new leader of the Serpentine.
  • Slithraa - The previous commander of Hypnobrai. He attempted to hypnotize Lloyd into his slave but his hypnotic gaze reflected off the ice and he hypnotized himself, thus allowing Lloyd to take over the Hypnobrai tribe, much to the dismay of the others before Skales took his place after defeating him in the "Slither Pit". His name is a pun on "Slitherer".
  • Mezmo - Soldier for the Hypnobrai Tribe and the judge of the Slither Pit when Skales became the general of the Hypnobrai. His name is a pun on "Mesmerize".
  • Rattla - Scout for the Hypnobrai Tribe. In Lego Ninjago Masters Of Spinjitzu, he is seen talking with Skales at the tree-house. His name is a pun on "Rattler".

Fangpyre

The Fangpyre are red viper-themed faction of the Serpentine, sealed within a graveyard with a mutated tree in the middle. Their tribe name is a pun on "vampire" as their poisonous fangs can turn anything or anyone into a snake creature. They are the second tribe to be released when Lloyd wanted to get revenge on the Hypnobrai for betraying him. However, as both current leaders are friends, the two groups decide to join forces instead. As said in the "Pyre" part of the name, their elemental faction is Fire although they have not shown to use fire-based abilities.

  • Fangtom - The twin-headed commander of the Fangpyre Tribe. He once bit himself, giving him two heads. His Transylvanian accent emphasizes the Fangpyre's vampire-like image. His name is a pun on "Phantom".
  • Fangdam - The twin-headed 2nd in command for the Fangpyre Tribe. Fang-Suei mistook him for a desert slug in battle and bit him, hence the two heads. His name is a pun on "Gundam".
  • Fang-Suei - Warrior for the Fangpyre Tribe, who has huge teeth for his kind. He bit Fangdam and gave him a second head. His name is a pun on "Feng-Sui" the Chinese tradition.
  • Snappa - Scout for the Fangpyre Tribe. His name is a pun on "Snapper".

Anacondrai

The Anacondrai are purple-colored anaconda-like Serpentine. As a special ability, they become invisible. The name is a pun on Anaconda. Unfortunately, their containment lacked any sort of nourishment, so only Pythor was left. According to Skales, they were the most feared tribe. It is unknown what the Anacondrai's elemental faction is, although they are probably aligned to Neutral or even to Shadow.

  • Pythor P. Chumsworth - The last of the Anacondrai, Pythor is a deceptive aristocratic sort, though later revealed to be highly unbalanced and callous, who is the main villain of Season 2. His name is a pun on "Python". Upon being freed, he befriended Lloyd only to betray him and steal his map to free the remaining Serpentine tribes and unite them all to release the Great Devourer so he can have his revenge. Sensei Wu says that Pythor is a dangerous character and is feared by the other Serpentine; he even took the guts to play the last sacred flute he stole from the Ninja to defeat the other Serpentine generals to gain their allegiance and become their leader. Pythor, clearly driven insane by his long imprisonment and desire for revenge against the people of Ninjago, believed that the Great Devourer was the only way to get back at those who had imprisoned the Serpentine. What he didn't realize, until the act was completed, was that the Great Devourer would eat everything and everyone, including the Serpentine. Though he tries to escape, Pythor is held in place by Wu and so gets eaten by the Great Devourer along with the Sensei. Although Wu survived the Great Devourer's destruction by the hands of Lord Garmadon, Pythor was nowhere to be found, leaving his fate is unknown.

Constrictai

The Constrictai are a black/orange-boa constrictor themed faction that were sealed in the tallest mountain in Ninjago. The name is a pun on Constrictor. They are strong snakes who can go underground and pop up to attack their enemies and grab them with a vice-like grip. They are the fourth tribe to be released. Their elemental faction is Earth.

  • Skalidor - Snake General of the Constrictai Tribe. Unlike his fellow Constrictai, Skalidor is the only Constrictai to have used a vice-like grip. His name is most likely a pun on "Scale" and "Leader", or a reference to the old LEGO line, Galidor.
  • Bytar - 2nd in command for the Constrictai Tribe. His name is a pun on "Biter".
  • Chokun - Soldier for the Constrictai Tribe. His name is a pun on the phrase "Choke on".
  • Snike - Scout for the Constrictai Tribe. His name is a pun on "Snake" and "Snipe".

Venomari

The Venomari are a green-colored cobra/viper-themed faction of the Serpentine that were sealed in a extremely foul-smelling and toxic acid swamp. Their name is a pun on Venom. Their toxic venom can make anyone hallucinate, with them seeing everything from nonsense visions to their worst fears. They are the fifth and final tribe to be released. Their elemental faction is Lightning, although they have not shown to use lightning-based abilities.

  • Acidicus - Snake General of the Venomari Tribe. His name is a pun on "Acidic" and "Venomous".
  • Lizaru - 2nd in command for the Venomari Tribe. His name is a pun on "Lizard".
  • Spitta - Soldier for the Venomari Tribe. His name is a pun on "Spitter".
  • Lasha - Scout for the Venomari Tribe. His name is a pun on "Lasher".

The Great Devourer

A giant great Serpentine, perhaps their ultimate ruler, that is known to consume anything in its path, even its own kind, with its only weak-spot being the small gem on its forehead. According to a legend, once all five Serpentine tribes unite, they will be able to find the four Silver Fang Blades and unleash the Great Devourer. According to Sensei Wu, it will keep growing as long as it consumes. Its venom is also known to turn anyone evil, and was also responsible for turning the once-loving Garmadon into a hate-filled being. Pythor was also driven to insanity upon his imprisonment and choose to awaken the Devourer to attack the people of Ninjago, however he does not know the true nature of the Great Devourer. Thus, the creature is responsible for the major events happening in Ninjago and is the true villain alongside Lord Garmadon and Pythor.

One of the Venomaris was cornered and captured by the ninja, who states that there "won't be nothing [the Great Devourer] won't consume". However, the ninja brings him to his senses, stating that the Great Devourer will eat him too; fearing its awakening, he begs them to stop Pythor from unleashing the Great Devourer.

Once released, the Great Devourer swallows Pythor and Sensei Wu before chasing the Ninja, who eventually abandon Destiny's Bounty to save themselves. After being encouraged by Kai to not give up, they head to Jay's parents' junkyard to build the Ultra Sonic Raider with the Tornado of Creation, mounted with a sonic blaster with the Sacred Flute's recording. Despite this, the Great Devourer destroys the Ultra Sonic Raider's weapon before going to Ninjago City where almost every citizen is having an anti-snake rally, causing mass havoc. Not even the sudden arrival of the Hydro Dragon was enough to stop the Great Devourer. Fortunately, Lord Garmadon arrives and helps the ninja calculate a plan to lure the snake around the city and eventually get its spiked tail caught in its mouth, directly below a tall skyscraper (mirroring the original myth of Ouroboros). As part of the plan, the Ninja allow Garmadon to take the Golden Weapons, and he dives down from the skyscraper, striking the Great Devourer in its weak spot with the power of the Weapons. This resulted the Devourer exploding in a tsunami of green slime washing all over Ninjago City. Afterwards, Lord Garmadon disappeared with the Golden Weapons, finally satisfied that he got his revenge and the Golden Weapons to himself.

Adaptations

On the same day as the release of the original 17 sets a board game from the Lego Games theme was released in the United Kingdom using elements from the Ninjago theme.[83] The first two episodes of the TV series, "Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu", entitled "Way of the Ninja" and "King of Shadows" aired during 2011, both lasting around 30 minutes. Due to their popularity, the first season, consisting of thirteen episodes, was commissioned for 2012, and was broadcast from December 2011 to April 2012. [84] A video game, entitled Lego Battles: Ninjago, was released on April 12, 2011, on the Nintendo DS. It is the sequel to the 2009 game Lego Battles and was developed by Hellbent Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games. A Ninjago themed world was added to the now shut-down massively multiplayer online game Lego Universe.[85] 2 iPad and iPhone apps have also been released.
