The Surigao–Davao Coastal Road or the President Diosdado P. Macapagal Highway is a 116-kilometer (72 mi), two-to-four lane highway that connects the provinces of Surigao del Norte,[1] Surigao del Sur,[2][3] Davao Oriental,[4][5] Compostela Valley,[6] and Davao del Norte.[7] It connects the Maharlika Highway in Placer, Surigao del Norte to the Agusan in Tagum.

The road forms part of National Route 902 (N902) and National Route 74 (N74) of the Philippine highway network.
