Fox Sports and Entertainment (formerly Fox Sports Japan) is a sports television company launched in Japan in 2013. It is a joint venture of American television company Fox International Channels and Japan's TV Bank.

The company produces sports programs that are broadcast on several Fox channels. Fox broadcasts home games of Nippon Professional Baseball teams Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, Chiba Lotte Marines and Orix Buffaloes (Lotte and Orix both until 2014 season), the English Premier League, FA Cup, German Bundesliga and Dutch Eredivisie football leagues, UFC and FIS Alpine Ski World Cup.

Since February 1, 2014, Fox changed name of their BS channel FOX bs238 as Fox Sports and Entertainment (FOXスポーツ&エンターテイメント)
