Wakōshi Station
Wakōshi Station (和光市駅, Wakōshi-eki) is a Tobu Railway and Tokyo Metro station, located in Wakō, Saitama, Japan. Tōbu Railway manages this station.
This station is the only Tokyo Metro station located in the Saitama Prefecture.

History
- February 1, 1934: Opens as Niigura Station (新倉駅, -eki), a station of Tōbu Railway Tōjō Main Line.
- July 21, 1934: Renamed Niikura Station (新倉駅, -eki).
- October 1, 1951: Renamed Yamato-machi Station (大和町, -eki).
- December 20, 1970: Renamed Wakōshi Station.
- August 25, 1987: Yūrakuchō Line opens.
