Monical's Pizza is an American regional pizza chain which, as of 2016, consists of about 60 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin.[3] About half of the locations are franchised, while the others are owned by the corporation.[2] Monical's is known for its thin crust pizza, topped with garlic salt and basil, which customers often dip into the famous Monical's Sweet and Tart French dressing,[4] and is cut into small squares (about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) 1.5 inches square) rather than wedges.

History

The company was founded in 1959 by the Monical family in Tolono, Illinois. The corporate office is located in Bradley, Illinois.[5]
