Polimer TV (also known as Polimer) is a Tamil-language satellite television channel based in Chennai, India. Polimer channel was established by P.V. Kalyana Sundaram[2] as a local channel in Salem, which was telecasted only by cable operators. Then it became Tamil Nadu state entertainment channel. J. Shekar joined Polimer TV as CEO [3] Polimer TV is having partnership with Colors TV, Sony TV, and SAB TV. They telecast the dubbed version of the Hindi serials in Tamil.[4] They also have a separate channel for news, named as Polimer News.[5] ′Moondru Mudichu′ is the longest running serial in Polimer TV which completed 1740 episodes. ′Mayakkam Enna′ , ′Nenjam Pesuthey′, ′Madhubala′, ′Uravae Uyirae′, ′Maaya′, ′Ini Ellam Vasanthamey′ are the most watched serials by viewers.
In Malaysia, its available only via Unifi TV on Channel 312 and to all Varnam Pack customers. In other countries it's available only on YuppTV OTT platform. Polimer is also available on HD In Vk Digital STB.
